Physical and e sim not detecting any network

Iphone 14 indian version with one physical and one e-sim. My problem is suddenly one day my phone stopped detecting my physical sim which is working fine in other phones. Using both physical and e-sim, none of the sims shoes any network while they do detect the carrier. Turning off or removing my physical sim allows the e-sim to detect network. Tried everything from airplane mode to using a different sim to factory resetting the settings to resetting the entire phone. Even went to apple store where they ran diagnostics and told me that there are no issues with hardware of phone and asked me to reset my phone which I did without any results. Is this some kind of bug or what. Please help. Thanks.
