iCloud app sign in on a W11 Pro PC being accessed remotely
I have a W11 Pro PC (remote PC) running in MN that I access remotely from AZ (local PC). I recently updated the BIOS remotely on the remote PC. Since that update, when I remote log in to my remote PC from my local PC, the iCloud app on the remote PC recognizes the iCloud account, but there is a popup on the remote PC to supply the password to my iCloud account to sign in. I supply the the password and the iCloud popup on the remote PC challenges for a six digit code. About the same time, my iPhone with me at my local PC pops up a notification that there is an attempt to access my iCloud account from the location of my remote PC. I press the Allow button and am presented with a 6-digit code on my iPhone. I type the 6-digit code remotely into the remote PC challenge screen. The remote PC popup reverts back to requesting my iCloud password. ... infinite loop ... password ... 6 digits ... password ...
It appears the iCloud login is not capable of handling this situation where the location associated with 6-digit generation is not the same as the 6 digit challenge.
I need to generate data on the remote PC, store it on the iCloud drive accessed on the remote PC, modify the iCloud data on my local PC, modify the iCloud data on the remote PC, repeat. How do I work around this sign in problem?
Thanks in advance,
