Logitech Combo Touch keyboard case

New ipad pro 12.9, gen 6, and new Logitech Combo Touch keyboard/case. I connected the two per directions but the keyboard did not work with the iPad. What can I do to troubleshoot / repair the problem?

Had a similar problem with a Zagg Pro Keys keyboard case (also new). The keyboard worked but each key had to be held down for about one second before it registered on the screen.

Logitech Combo touch issue for iPad Pro 12.9 2021 Recently got a Combo Touch and for the first couple days, when I disconnected the keyboard and reconnected it, my iPad Pro wouldn’t show the on-screen keyboard and would allow me to use keyboard combinations like Command+H. However, recently, my On-Screen Keyboard keeps appearing and it only disappears after a restart. Keyboard combinations also don't work either. I’ve also noticed that the option for Hardware Keyboard in the Keyboard settings option doesn’t appear until a restart as well.

Logitech I have a Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard Case with Trackpad for iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd generation) and the keyboard is not working. I’ve watch YouTube videos and looked into apple discussions. I can’t find out what’s wrong! Does anyone have a idea
