I can't sync desktop and documents to iCloud

I just updated my macbook pro to MACos Ventura 13.6.4 and after the update i cant turn on desktop and document syncing in the settings anymore.

Does someone know the solution or cause?

Desktop and documents won't sync on new MacBook Air Hi I just bought new MacBook Air with M1 chip. I have been able to set it up and I am logged into my iCloud account. Everything is syncing fine including settings, mail, messages, notes etc etc. Only problem is it won't sync specifically desktop and document folder. I have 3 separate Macs and they all sync very well. Only this MacBook Air is not syncing. I have gone into settings, Apple ID, iCloud Drive and under options selected desktop and documents folder to sync but it won't. I deselected and reselected twice in past 2 days but it still won't. Let me know what am I missing. Thanks

Desktop & Documents Unavailable When I go into my system preferences, hit options next to iCloud, and go to where I need to click the Desktop & Documents option to sync my files mine does not appear. Is there a step I’m missing? I’d like to sync my iCloud to this new desktop. Thanks

iCloud not syncing across MacBooks (Creating new Documents folder) I had two MacBook pros connected to an iCloud account that were perfectly synced. One laptop had a glitch during an update and I had to erase the disk and reinstall Catalina. Once I did that and signed back into iCloud so that the documents will sync, new documents and desktop folders were created in iCloud instead and I cannot get my laptop to sync back to the original documents and desktop folders instead and download the files. I have found no help at all online to solve this. Everything just tells you how to sync with iCloud.
