Which iTunes version will be best fit to sync music between iPod and MacBook

Hello. I am trying to add music to my ipod shuffle from my macbook air and I cannot figure out which version of itunes i need to download

Hi,

What version of MacOS are you using? iTunes is no longer compatible with latest macOS. Use music app instead. See Use the Finder to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with your Mac - Apple Support
