Reset Roku
I am not able to play content on Apple TV. I can select a show but when I try to start it I get message Unable to play this video. There’s a problem with this video. If I select a different show I get the same error.

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.
- Remove the Apple TV app,
- Shut off and unplug the TV (or streaming device),
- Wait 30 seconds,
- Plug the TV (or streaming device) back in,
- Reload the Apple TV app.
Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.
