White border on screen

I recently got my Macbook Pro (13-inch, 2020, M1) screen replaced and I've been getting the constant black screen of death (screen going black after inactivity and to fix I always have to restart the device) however that was manageable but now when I started up my mac I saw it had a white border around the screen, which then faded into a small border that kind of flashes, and it's very disctracting. It's been roughly maybe 1 hour and I'm contemplating whether there is any ways to fix it.

I've tried restarting but it doesn't seem to help and it seems more like the root of this issue is the screen itself.

If you make changes to settings and you are still stuck with the mess above— return it to wherever you had it serviced have have them fix the issue.
