file was corrupt?

Every time I try to restore my iPad this message show pop up The iPad “iPad” could not be restored because the firmware file was corrupt.) is there any suggestions or solutions to this??

I can't reboot or upgrade iPad (6th generation) My sons iPad just started to to a restart loop showing the apple over and over again. I´ve read that it´s possible to reboot it through a computer so I succeeded to set it into restore-mode. I connected it to my computer and then tried to both update and reboot it. Nothing works. Everytime I start any of them, my iPad reboots again and I got a error message (4013) in my computer. It the iPad totally wasted or is it something I can do?
