I upgraded from a S22 to an iPhone 15 pro max. I am receiving messages from iPhone users just fine but android devices texts aren’t coming through. Friend said it kept telling her I was offline. People are receiving my texts but I do not receive theirs. I have gone in the settings and made sure mms is on. My phone company has reset my eSIM. Anyone have similar issue or any advice?

Did you ever get this figured out? I'm having the same issue.
Some texts are going through but not all of them. All iPhone texts yes, but only some of the android ones. For instance my mom is receiving all of my texts but none of hers are coming through to me. Same with a coworker. But my sister and another friend they go through fine.
I have the same issue, but what does "have an SMS/MMS plan enabled by your carrier" mean?
When inserted into an android device, my SIM card can send/receive calls and text without any issues. This means I have an SMS-enabled plan. I don't think it should matter which phone I use the SIM with.
Note that the problem happens only when the SIM card is inserted into the iPhone, in which case I can send SMS but not receive them.
You need to have an SMS/MMS plan enabled by your carrier for the SIM/eSIM that you use on your device. Apple Inc does not provide SMS/MMS services.
