Paid for an Apple gift card but still haven't recieved it

I have paid for a gift card $25.42 on 01 March 2024 and still didn’t receive the email

Check your spam/junk email folder. See https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ in case the purchase shows there. Are you sure the purchase was made with Apple? Typically Apple sell gift cards in $5 increments. See About Gift Card Scams - Official Apple Support.
