I’ve sent a gift card of £15 to someone and they haven’t received it however money has been taken from my account and nothing has been done about it I’ve contacted the recipient and they’ve not gotten anything either what is going on?

OK, then you should be able to send it again. Have the recipient check the junk mail in case it went there. On step 7, make sure the email address is spelled correctly and as step 8 notes, if you do not see the option to Resend Gift, then it means it was already redeemed.

Did you purchase the Gift Card from apple.com or the App Store? The options for both are available here along with a link to Contact Apple.
I sent it from App Store and it hasn’t gotten through I tried to reach to help line and nothing has happened
