iPhone14 pro max very glitchy after 17.3.1 upgrade last week, now it's frozen.

Approx 8 hrs ago (3:00am) I turned it off to refresh, to possibly fix the lagging.. but now it won't turn on. It's completely frozen in the black screen w/illuminated logo..help!
