Circle with Line at startup

I had the circle with line issue this morning. After opening up disk util and seeing two drive in red like photos I attempted to fix. After a few steps of thinking what I was doing was right I apparently partitioned the drive from what used to be 3tb to 120 gb. I am not sure when everything went to but now I have a fresh install with no files are 5% of the hard drive I normally have.
