To find your Apple ID password, go to "Settings" > "Apple ID" > "iCloud" > "iCloud Passwords & Keychains" and check if "Sync this iPhone" is turned on.

If this feature is turned on, you can find your Apple ID password in the "Passwords" section of "Settings" on your iPhone. Of course, you can also find it on your Mac or iPad.

If it is turned off, then turn to your trusted browser, such as Chrome, and you may be able to find your Apple ID password in its "Autofill and passwords" option if you used its password-saving feature the first time you signed in to Apple ID.

If you don't receive your verification or reset email, read this Apple Support article: If you didn't receive your verification or reset email - Apple Support

"When you make certain updates to your Apple ID, we’ll send you an email to help you complete the update. For example, you might have reset your password, reset your security questions, or added a new email address to your account."

If you find you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery (read this support article: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support ) to regain access to your account. Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity. If you had previously signed into an Apple website and allowed Safari to save the password, then you will find it by going to Settings > Passwords.

If there is not a password saved there, then you will need to use one of the three options to reset your password.
