Charging Apple Watch

To maximize the lifetime of my Apple Watch, do I recharge to “Sufficiently” or to “Fully”, also at what percentage remaining (ie. 10%, 5%, 1%) should I begin my charging?

Apple Watch Series 7, watchOS 10

Charge it every night, regardless of drained it is, unless you are on a hike, etc…

Constantly draining any Li-Ion battery that to zero, or very close to empty is one of the fastest ways to destroy the battery.

If you have optimized charging enabled and the Apple Watch thinks you can get away with charging to 80% then let it do that (unless you know you are going to be away from the charger for a day or 2).

Basically, do not stress over it. Just change it every day, and let the Apple Watch manage the battery.
