How to get a refund for a cancelled Apple subscription?
I purchased a trial subscription of an app. However, a day before the trial period was supposed to be over, I cancelled my subscription. I still got charged for an entire year.
The report a problem page does not provide me an option to select that app because it shows up as a trial/free subscription. However, I have my bank account statement which shows the charge made by Apple.
How can I raise a support ticket for this.
