Rear glass too fragile

My iPhone 13’s rear glass has broken 3 times now. It’s only been dropped once ever and that was in a case and didn’t directly appear to break the glass. The only thing I can think of is the heat from living in the subtropics. Worst workmanship I’ve ever encountered in a tech product. I’d honestly pay more to just go back to a metal back.

iphone 16 cracked back of phone case The back of my new iPhone 16 Pro looks cracked - as if something bumped it near the camera lenses. I have a clear case for the phone and do not remember bumping it and definitely did not drop it. It was very hot recently and I've been outdoors. Is there a flaw perhaps in the design? Does the glass coating on the back of my phone serve any technical purpose? Will it impact performance? The phone seems fine and the front screen is pristine. Concerned.

iPhone 15 screen glass broken I purchased my iPhone 15 last December. It is the first iPhone I have ever had. Previously I have always had and enjoyed Samsung phones which I primarily chose because of the great photos it took. I do have an eye Mac as well as an iPad Pro and love those products. After having lost my Samsung phone in Barcelona, I decided to bring everything together with a new iPhone. I am so disappointed because I have cracks running in different directions near the borders and the phone has never been dropped. Does anyone know if Apple will willingly replace the shattered glass if it is clear that the phone itself is flawless without even a slightest hint of a scratch? I even have a screensaver on it as well as a good quality cover. I am so disappointed in such an expensive product becoming damage so easily with nothing I can see having happened to it . Thanks for reading this!
