I need to cancel Apple Music

I have lost my phone with old Apple ID and cannot cancel Apple Music

You might want to check whether you have another old computer or device with that same old Apple ID:

You may be able to cancel your subscription on the web if you recovered your Apple ID and Apple ID password.

Apple support's article: How to cancel Apple Music - Apple Support

says:

  1. Go to music.apple.com.
  2. Choose Sign In at the top of the page. If you don't see Sign In, skip this step.
  3. Tap or click the account icon .
  4. Choose Settings.
  5. Scroll to Subscriptions and choose Manage.
  6. Choose Cancel Subscription.
