Unable add or change home address in Maps on iPhone

I’ve the same issue too

also noticed that messaging is showing a mobile number, but not the name - despite the proper format (ie country code, etc.)

Edit: I fixed it

when I checked my contact card, my home and work addresses were simply listed as an address, note marked as “home” or “work”

after changing these and saving, it has fixed it. No idea why they had changed as they had previously been correctly marked?

I have had the same problem for adding a work address but for some reason it will allow me to add a home address just not any other
