Apple TV Box keeps pausing during play, I then have to press play on the remote to continue, I thought it may be a buffering issue but my internet connection is very good. I have to watch shows now on my iPhone and send to my TV from there. Uninterrupted!
I have never updated the software since I got AppleTV. Could that be the problem?
I have this problem too using the app on a Sony Bravia on the same date and continuing to today. Actually only happens with some programming. Murder is easy (via Brit Box) just freezes. Other Brit Box shows play fine. Have restarted TV (Google) and Apple TV app. Frustrating.
I spent a lot of quality time with a phone support person about this and we never did come up with an answer. The problem was in one show, one one TV. Testing other TVs and the iPad it did not have the problem. Ultimately it resolved itself after a few weeks. So we just watched something else.
Software updated automatically.
Still got the problem!!
Has anyone found a solution? Mine is doing this every few seconds to every few minutes, driving me nuts!
