Open Image sequence in QuickTime from the finder

Is there a way, in the Finder (NOT in the QuickTime File Menu), to select multiple images in sequence and right click / open files in Quicktime Player as an image sequence, RATHER than doing QuickTime File / Open Image Sequence and selecting the files in the QuickTime prompt? I want to be able to do this directly from the Finder.

Quicktime Image Sequence skips images! I'm using QuickTime 7 Pro. I want to collect ~200 images (JPGs) into a single video .mov file. I do "Open Image Sequence" and select an image in a folder of images, and it makes a video, but it's only using a few of them - clearly skipping like 90%. What am I missing?

How to separate a picture from a stack? On my Desktop I have "Screen Shots" stack, which holds all my screenshots and is very useful since I have a lot of them. However, there is one screenshot there which I need to look at very often to and I would like it to be placed on my desktop directly (not inside the stack). I can move that screenshot to a different folder, but when I move it back to Desktop, it goes into the Screen Shots stack right back. It is very strange because I am able to place some other .png files on my Desktop, so the system somehow tracks which .png is a screenshot and which one is not, and all screenshots go right into the stack.
