FaceTime web audio and video does not work

The FaceTime web app (via Create Link)'s audio and video does not work on newer versions of Google Chrome.

Audio and video do not work on versions of Chromium after update 116.0.5845.179 (according to a senior advisor) which includes Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and a Chromium-based app for developing web apps named Electron.

The only file changed in these is the DEPS file, used by Chromium's builder to specify dependencies (which is expected for a minor update).

I will do some testing to ensure that this issue is bound to specifically to these two versions by building the Chromium browser on these engines myself.
