Turn off safety check

Unfortunately, there isn't a direct way to simply reverse all changes made with Safety Check on iPhone 15 Pro. Safety Check is designed to prioritize your safety, and reversing all settings at once might not be ideal.

If you have a backup then you can restore from it. Hope you are aware of the restoring process which will wipe out everything on your device with that of the backup. 

If you are absolutely certain that the backup you're restoring contains the settings predating the deployment of Safety Checks, and you're prepared to overwrite your current data, be aware that the entire content on your iPhone will be replaced by this backup.
