I have a 10 yr old MacBook Pro with 420G used out of 500G. I recently had an Apple store upgrade my OS to Catalina. Now I can't get into my email thru Comcast. I have recently changed my pw several times and Comcast doesn't recognize my new pow's. How can I get into and change my pw to something Comcast will recognize?

You need to go to the Comcast site and change your Comcast account password there. Changing a password in your email client does not result in a changed password on the email server. Your process needs to be reversed. You change your password on Comcast then use that new password in your email client.
