What happens when you try?
If it will not validate after entering your password, then you may need to sign into your Comcast web mail account to turn the setting on that allows Third Party Access:
- Sign into Comcast Webmail
- Click the gear icon in the upper right and choose the settings option
- Click the Security tab on the left
- Make sure there is a check in the box that allows third party access
