How to locate missing files in iTunes

How do I produce a list of "Missing!" files in iTunes (i.e.Those marked with an '!'), isolating them from those that are not! I have well over 19,000 items in my iTunes (built up over 40 years) and suddenly I now find 1078 have suddenly gone missing. Some tracks are OK and an odd track from an album has suddenly been marked as missing for no apparent reason. As you can imagine it would take days to go through the whole list to find the 'Missing' track. How can I get a list of just the missing one
