Crunchyroll Subscription not working
I purchased the annual Crunchyroll subscription via Apple and I received a email saying I was charged, but when I log on to the Crunchyroll app (as well as the website) it says I don’t have any subscription to Crunchyroll.
I double checked the subscriptions under my Apple ID it says that I am subscribed, but as I stated before, this is not the case on Crunchyroll’s side.
I have tried uninstalling the app, and logging out as well, to no avail. There is also an option on the app login to restore Apple purchases, but when I select this option it gives me an error message.
This is the second time this has all occurred. The same issue happened when I tried subscribing to the monthly membership, which I have already received a refund for.
Is the solution to quit trying to subscribe on Apple and try it on the Crunchyroll website? Any help would be appreciated.
