how to turn off Mouse Key on Magic Keyboard

my password has been forgotten, and my Magic Keyboard has (mouse Key) On.

I can't use certain buttons to recover it.

how do I turn (Mouse Key) mode off without being logged in?

iMac 24″, macOS 14.1

Try connecting a wired extended keyboard (one with a numpad) to your Mac. Mouse keys will only affect the numpad and you should be able to use the other keys to log in.

Control the pointer using Mouse Keys on Mac

With Mouse Keys on your Mac, you can move the mouse pointer and press the mouse button using the keyboard or a numeric keypad. To use Mouse Keys, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click Accessibility  in the sidebar, click Pointer Control on the right, then turn on or OFF Mouse Keys. (You may need to scroll down.)
