Does iCare Plus insurance cover stolen iPhones

Someone stole my iphone recently, i have report of police complaint as well. I wanna know can i clain new one since i have i care mobile insaurance which i have purchased from singapore, can i clain new device

the normal apple care+ does not cover theft and loss

which is only offered in
