Do Two Things:
A. Verify Your Devices:
Verify that you the devices logged in to your account or officially yours, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support
B. Consider Modifying your Credentials:
Having been stollen, someone likey has your credentials. So, by all means, consider modifying them, starting with a new password.
C. Contact Apple Support:
Contact Apple Support, asking them to assist you with logging in to this account. The Apple ID would be an eMail address. Perform a trail & error login session with the Apple Rep, while on the phone with them, prior to ending the call. If need be, perform a screensharing session with them, so they can see this firsthand, form your perspective.
