iPhone Theft Coverage

I just want to clear things out regarding this matter-- my phone got stolen from me during my way home. When I already got home, I learned that the thief already signed out the Find My on my stolen phone. I would like to ask if can I still use my Theft and Loss coverage?? btw I bought my phone last 2 weeks together with the insurance. Help me guys please!! It would be a big help to me. Thank youuu
