How to get rid of black spots on my AirPods? I have black spots on my airpods pro 2. What can I do?

Thank you for your reply, Adam9635. All I see in the screenshots is a large grey area on each AirPod ... (looks a bit like a grease or other finger-mark just on the outside). Sorry I don't know of any other solutions.


If needed, and you think the spots are in the AirPods, rather than just wear and tear: you could get the AirPods checked out at an Apple Store. (An expert will look at the AirPods and let you know their opinion, or quote if anything needs to be done out-of-warranty.) See: Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple for locations.


If you decide to visit an Apple Store: 

Best to take along a receipt or other proof of purchase, and some ID.
