So basically after the iOS 17.4 update, I noticed I can't turn on voice-over wi-fi, it was turned on before the 17.4 update and it switched to off automatically after the 17.4 update and I am unable to turn it on. I asked my cellular supplier to help me solve the problem but they can't do anything.
UPDATE, this procedure helped in my case, after contacting with carrier support they recommended to:
now "wi-fi calling" can be enabled without problem :)

I updated my 14 pro max on 17.4 and now have the same problem with wifi calling. My wife's 14 pro max still on 17.3.1 and everything working good (we have same carrier)
WiFi calling is a carrier feature. What did your carrier say when you reported the problem to them?
Well, my understanding is different. Apple provided update which has been not tested with carriers in my country (one of big 4).
Phone and network were working fine. Now there is a problem. In my country Apple support is not even available on Sundays 😂. So I will resolve this problem tomorrow changing my device to other manufacturer. This is very easy. As I mentioned, my SIM card and linked services are working fine on Samsung. So there is no problem with wifi calling on their side. If problem is related to Apple’s update which means that carriers needs to make changes on their side….something it’s not right then. Thank you for all comments.

one more detail/check done.
I just tested my SIM card on iPhone 6s with older iOS version. Here wifi calling is working fine. So again, this is telling me ghat my two new devices are not working with wifi calling only because of the iOS 17.4 update.
Due to my work location, this functionality is crucial for me. And I was simply cutted from it without any warning. Is latest update work fine for you…thats great. As I wrote before, 17.4 has many changes related to EU users only. Maybe you are not affected by these changes.

My wife has iPhone 11 pro with iOS 17.3.1, the same cellular supplier and she can turn on voice over wi-fi like I do before.
Ps. I have IP 15 pro.
And what did your carrier say when you reported the problem to them?
They said that they have many requests like my one and the themselves asked me about version of IOS
Not too long ago updated To update my ISO and having trouble with my phone trying to set up the new Google and running through the health center and let me know some of things I might need to add
Pretty sure it is an iOS problem, it just isn't affecting everybody. What makes you so sure it's not?
Curious that, my problem started when I switched to an sim and updated to iOS 17.4.1. I have since changed to regular sim but not fixed the problem.
