After iOS 17.4 update Wi-Fi doesn't work on iPhone 14 Pro Max

I was on the phone and texting yesterday with support for many hours. Finally setup an appointment to take in. Searched and ran across your post. Worked like a charm…… canceled my appointment. 😊 I did pass this along at work in case others have the same problem.

Same issue on 14 Pro. Working for one of the leading networking companies, I’d think Apple would check to make sure VPN worked with an update. But hey, maybe they want to more easily see what you are doing online…

I would really like to know what else people have tried, I don’t have a VPN, I have factory reset everything, twice. I have done the forget and reset network settings nothing is working for me. I have a IPhone 12 so I don’t understand what’s going on.

I upgraded yesterday and it has been a disaster. I have an iphone 12. Wi-fi connectivity had been patch anyway since 17.0. But now it is completely gone. Some apps don’t even recognise mobile data connection. I have exhausted all steps including a full phone wipe. Can anyone advise please? If I have to get my phone repaired Apple should cover the cost.

Excuse my ignorance, but if deleting the VPN is what fixes it, does that mean we shouldn’t reinstall a VPN until Apple decides to clean up their mess?
