App that helps other apps with Notifications

I use an app that only has one short Notification sound. Is there an app for iPhone, that I can tell to notify me of other apps with more sound options?

Choose notification sounds for individual apps In this guide for iOS 18 (which my phone is on 18.3.1), there is this info: Tap Sounds, select a sound, then tap < at the top of the screen. But on my phone, the Sounds option is a Toggle, and I can only toggle it on/off. How do I select notification sound for a specific app? There are some apps with bizarre default sounds but it's important so I don't want to just turn it off.

Set notification sound by app Has this been fixed yet? Want to be able to tell my phone what sound to make when a specific 3rd party app generates an alert. It seems this is impossible to do. (Please don’t answer with something unrelated to the specific question.)
