LinkedIn Premium Subscription paid Via Apple Pay not reflecting

I had bought LinkedIn premium via Apple Pay services, although the amount had been deducted the subscription payment is not recorded anywhere and the services I had paid for are not reflecting on my portal.


I tried raising tickets for refund however , since the transaction seems to have no record in the system, the refund is not initiated.


kindly provide a way to resolve

Do you have the receipt from Apple, as described in the support article I linked to above?


Do you have more than one Apple ID? Subscriptions are specific to the Apple ID you were using when you subscribed.


Do you have Family Sharing and Purchase Sharing enabled? If so, it could be another family members subscription you’re being charged for.


You may need to contact Apple to see if they show the subscription.
