I'll be in Malaysia for four days. I'm staying in a hotel. I want to order a macbook pro to be delivered there.
Will they deliver the order to my hotel?
Will the courier contact me if I have a phone number from another country?
Maybe there are pickup points in Malaysia, but I didn't find such an option when ordering.

I suggest you contact the support number show for the Apple Online Store in Malaysia. the agents should be more familiar with local practices.
Editorial: timing pickup of complex expensive equipment in a place where you will only be briefly is fraught with peril. If anything goes wrong, you will miss your delivery. Or worse, the item arrives exactly where you said, but a day after you have left. Or goes missing before it is delivered into your hands.

Only four days is simply too unrealistic to expect a fast and reliable delivery.
Once the product has shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier for the delivery, not Apple.
As a result, I would not recommend that course of action.
Most Apple hardware is now made-to-order. (Especially at the “higher-end” of the product line)
Trying to custom-order a particular model for a delivery ANYWHERE on-or-before a rigidly-defined 4-day window might be difficult.
