ordering and no tracking number

Hello,

I have ordered a laptop from the website on 04.07.2024 and wanted to get my order through uz.globbing.com to my country. And it still shows: "We've received your payment information and we're preparing your order." and no tracking number and any messages sent to my email. However, it was already paid.

How long should I wait? Usually how long does this procedure take to "be shipped" to a particular place/address?

If you ordered from the Apple website, Apple does not ship internationally or to freight forwarding services. Apple does not take payment until the order is shipped. If you purchased through Apple, contact Apple about your order status. If you purchased elsewhere, contact whoever you ordered from.
