Hello. Some days ago I’ve ordered a MacBook Pro M4 Pro with nano-texture display option from Apple Store Italy online.
Is it normal that the shipping of that product start from Vietnam (Nam Dinh) then Hanoi then Hong Kong?
From UPS tracking….
Normally products that I bought ship from Italy warehouse…

Shipping from inside your country/region is actually very unusual.
Because there are so many permutations and combinations of features in today's MacBook Pro models, almost all are built to order, and rushed to your door or your store anywhere in the world. It is unusual to find the exact model you want in stock anywhere.
These are built to order in the far east. Historically, in China, but more and more often lately in Vietnam or in the case of some iPhones, India.
