Actually i have an iphone 14 I bought it 5 months before or it’s battery health reached from 100 to 89% i dont know how ?! If my battery percentage went below from 80% can i get a new battery from icare without any extra charge or please tell me why my battery health goes down to much fast .

Depending on usage, that is normal and is nothing to worry about. Although it is a little extreme. Generally, Apple will replace the battery under warranty if the battery health falls below 80% during the first year.
