Is it normal my 15 pro opens with just one tap? Normally phones open when you hold the power button for like 3 secs but in my 15 pro it opens with just one tap? Plus is it also normal that it lags when you first open it when it is shutdown? thanks in advance

No. That is not normal but are you certain that you are completely shutting down the iPhone correctly?

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

What i mean is when it is fully shut down not just luck is it really normal?
What i mean by this is when it is shut down completly it opens in just one tap no holding thr power button like the 14 plus
