Error has occured. Backup issue

No options can be changed in settings on all my iPhones (12pro, 13pro, 14 pro)so far syncro between phones and icloud is concerned. Not possible to reinstall the phone. Backup can not be set on ”on”. Problem started after an update from IOS 16….

iPhone Backup using iTunes I use iTunes to back up my iPhone to my Windows Outlook program. It's always had the occasional glitch but recently I get this error each time I try to back up the phone to the PC. Once in a while I get the same message when backing up to iCloud. I have an iPhone SE and use Windows 11 Home. There's 723 GB free space on the PC and 2.39 GB available on the iPhone. The error message is singularly unhelpful as it doesn't specify the error.

iTunes could not back up iPhone because an error occured I encountered the above error message when I tried to back up my iPhone using iTunes, I already have backed up this iPhone in same PC and iTunes a month ago and was successful, is it possible that I cannot create newer back up? iTunes is the latest version, and iOS is the latest version for the phone.
