Is there a way to tell if someone is recording your calls on iPhone?

I have been having so many problems with my phone for the last 4 years after sharing personal information on how to access my phone with people…. Now I am not able to access some of my major email addressess that I use for businesses to get ahold of. Main logins for most of my Apple devices.. I'm not able to login at all, I've been told I'm not the main account holder and they won't change it back. It baffles me how it can even be done. Some people have said that this person has blocked me using my IMEI # on all of my devices and then they also have ever single IP address ON ALL of MY DEVICES. Most of my calls from Apple and Att&T are always blocked ever since I left Verizon.

Nothing you have described indicates that your device has been hacked. Everything points to a password that has been compromised.

Change Apple ID Password
Change Password on your Mail Provider
Don't fall for phishing attempts
Don't give anyone your password
Don't reuse passwords on websites

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

You will want to pay particular attention to phishing attempts by Mail or Messages and report them.

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

If you are having trouble with your calls being blocked, contact your cell provider. Apple does not block calls unless you have specified to block an incoming caller.
