How to transfer iTunes subscription from Windows Acer PC to MacBook Pro

Hello everyone,

I am having iTunes installed before 2020 while in South Africa on Windows based Acer PC. Subscription it has been paid every month for it since then. As from Aug'2023 I do live in Bulgaria and I have an old MAC Book Pro (2012) without iTunes app.

What would be my best option to continue using the above mentioned paid software license? I suppose I do have at least 2 options: a/ to continue using the existing software app on MAC Book Pro and other Apple devices? and b/ to cancel it and subscribe it on the new pc and phones?

Last but not least, can I share this function among family members - grandchildren?

Your professional advise would be appreciated

Kind Regards

PS: And yet Do I still need to pay if I am a pensioner over 70?

Your post is a bit confusing. The iTunes software is free. There is no paid license for it.

You can install iTunes on any computer you want for free.

What you are probably paying for is a subscription of some kind to a service, likely the Apple Music subscription service or maybe iTunes Match.

iTunes Match cannot be shared, but Apple Music can when subscribed to its Family Plan.

Whether you need to keep paying for it or not, is a different question all together. Only you can know if you are actually using the subscription.
