iPhone keeps restarting

I have an iphone x, it kept restarting every 1 minute. I changed the battery but it still restarts, the ios version is older and I'm trying to update it because I think it's because of that, but I can't because it keeps restarting (I tried via itunes as well). So do you know how can I update it or do something else?

Most likely that behavior depends on a damaged digitizer, or other internal component failure, but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
