Hello, Years ago, a friend of mine introduced a Trojan horse into my Windows computer. This was in 2018. When I logged out of my Instagram accounts yesterday, there was another account that wasn't mine. The name of this account is the account of the person who introduced a Trojan horse to me in 2018. Is my phone safe? How did that person do this? Please help.

As I said before iPhones cannot get trojans.
You will have to ask Instagram about the other questions, this has nothing to do with Apple.
Why aren't you removing the trojan from your Windows computer?
You have nothing to worry about on your phone, it simply cannot get a virus or trojan.
Contact Instagram about the account in question and they should be able to delete the account.
Yes your phone is safe. iPhones can't get trojans, but even if they could a trojan that runs on Windows would not run on an iPhone. They have two completely different operating systems.
No one here could possible know how your friend put a trojan on your Windows computer, why don't you ask them?
There is no trojan on your phone, iPhones can't get trojans. I've already told you this twice. There are no programs that can scan iPhone for viruses/trojans because of the way the iOS sandboxes programs and because there are no trojans to begin with.
Since you don't seem to want to listen to advice, I'm done with this conversation.
I know that a Trojan installed on my computer will not be transferred to my phone. I'm wondering if he can access my computer and place another trojan on my phone. Also, the reason I don't feel safe is that I can log in and out of that person's Instagram account from my phone.
There are two accounts in the Instagram login section for that person above. The one below is me. How was this possible?

As long as you have a virus on your computer, you are right, you are not safe. Why are you not removing it?
This trojan infected my old computer in 2018 and I formatted it 5 times. I now have a new laptop and a new phone. But I can't understand how that person's Instagram account is active on my device.
That would be a question for Instagram, this is not an Apple issue.
