How can I access my iPhone health data

It is not that easy to then get any meaningful data from that file. i.e. to open it in excel.

I have an Apple SE watch and an iPhone 13 and I want to have a look at the heart rate (pulse) in excel. So i have the very large (28MB) export.zip file on my Mac Book Air. When it is unzipped it has these files and a folder.

How to open the export.xml file in excel? I have the Office 365 subscription and so have Excel for Macs.

mikemyersN8 had the same question but could not get any of the suggestions it to work.

Anyone have any updates?
