After updating my phone to ios 17.4 my battery seems to drain faster what should be the reason?

I have finally found the reason for overheating and possibly also for unacceptable battery drain under 17.4.1 for my case (iPhone 13 Pro, 17.4.1). The culprit is "Require Attention for Face ID", "Attention-Aware Features" or perhaps both.
After one day of usage I can confirm that battery life is back to normal levels: about 10% drop in one hour screen-on browsing.
This means about 10 hours browsing time at modest screen brightness from a full charge, which is more or less what I was getting before "upgrading" to 17.4 (17.4.1) with my iPhone 13 Pro (now at at 92% battery health).
With "Require Attention for Face ID" and "Attention-Aware Features" ON, I get instead more than 20% drop per hour of browsing under otherwise the same conditions (connection, position, screen brightness, apps used, etc.)
Battery has never drained so badly/quickly on any other update. Dropping every minute! When will this be fixed???
I was moved from android after 5 year for iphone but i m not happy i will sell my iphone 15 pro max n buy oneplus open after 2 days
I am also facing same issue.
Battery drain got significantly worse after 17.4 and also battery health dropped from 100% to 96% in just few days on my 14 Pro.
Today my phone won't charge past 4% after the latest update. Iphone 12 on ios 17.4
I have an iphone 12 and my phone updated to 17.4. Now, it won't charge past 4%.
i Want my battery durability back. This is unacceptable
before updating to iOS 17.4, I had no problems with battery drain. Now my iPhone 13mini can’t hold a charge for more than a few hours of light use.
same I used to get a full day on my iPhone 15 but after updating to iOS 17.4 I lose a percentage every 4 minutes and now I charge twice a day

Did anyone find a solution? I also have the same problem. my true 12 pro max used to lost a day and a half now I have to charge every couple hours.
I have the same issues. My iPhone 15 Pro battery is draining so fast since the 17.4 update. I need to recharge the phone atleast twice a day now. I sincerely hope Apple is going to fix this.

Apple should finally try to listen to their customers and improve the battery life along with the update. 17.4. is a draining the battery way too much. :/
