Zee5 subscription is not reflecting

Zee5 subscription paid via Apple ID, amount got deducted from Phonepe and paid to Apple services with transaction id OLEX2403082302166720986215. It's not visible in recent purchases or subscriptions

irrelevant payment got deducted Hi, Today I got deducted 1899/- inr from my bank account as a ECS payment mode for a service wich I was get unsubscribe back 2 days, even charges got deducted from my bank account , don't know why. but payemnt is not showing in apple purchase history or anywhere else in apple record. I unsubscribed successfully back 2 days from the LinkedIn paid service even why my account got charged if there is no any active subscription, don't know. and apple care unable to support, saying only one thing that he didn't receive any money, bcz I don't have any active subscription. pls help

I have the same exact issue. What was the resolution? Apple and ZEE5 are happy to take the money, but don't care about the subscriber.

If they cannot talk with each other, why should the subscriber suffer. Ridiculous.
