Use Apple Remote Desktop or Screensharing and auto-login

Hi Apple Communities,

Does anyone have experience using Apple Remote Desktop or Screen-sharing where you can have it automatically login to the user you want?

I have a headless Mac Studio that I remotely login to. Every time I go to login to the system - I get the login page - and have to re-enter my password in the screen share window.

is there a way to have it automatically login for me and land me on the desktop - not the login page?

However, I've discovered that VNC Viewer cannot connect with the Mac after it's turned on or rebooted until after someone logs into it. Once I login, I *can* access the Mac via Bonjour or the Address Book entry I made in VNC. The VNC error I get before logging into the Mac seems to indicate that before that initial login the Mac is not listening on the Screen Sharing port. I suspect I could work around this issue by enabling auto login on the Mac, but to do that I would have to disable File Vault, which I'd rather not do. So, my question is: is there a way to get the Mac to start listening on the Screen Sharing port (5900, I believe) and accept screen sharing requests after the machine boots up and before anyone logs into it? I don't want to disable File Vault and I don't want to leave the Mac running all the time. TIA

How do I control my office MAC from my home? I need to control my office MAC from my home. I have tried the app Screen Sharing, but it requires the office computer to "accept" the invitation to screen share from my home MAC. Of course if I am at home, nobody is at my office to accept the invitation. I need help with these questions: Can Screen Share be configured to auto accept invitations from some, or all, users who request access? Is there another application built into OS that allows for screen control by remote login? Does whatever app that is allow for rebooting and still having remote access be possible after reboot? Thanks in advance!

Cannot share screen without disabling firewall in Ventura Hi - running the latest macOS Ventura 13.2.1 on my Mac Studio. I'm unable to get remote management or screen sharing to work without completely disabling the firewall, which I don't want to do. Tried the usual troubleshooting. Anyone else encounter this?
